Insurance Basics: An overview of travel insurance products, broker information, including coverage options, policy details, and common customer questions.

Customer Service Excellence: Our experienced team members act as mentors to provide training on customer service through training sessions focused on communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving to ensure our clients receive top-notch service.

System Familiarization: Hands-on training with our internal systems and tools to manage policies, process claims, and track customer interactions efficiently.
